You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality therapeutic services to a diverse clientele, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques in individual and group sessions.
• Develop, implement, and review personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client, regularly adjusting as necessary based on progress.
• Engage productively with interdisciplinary care teams, including psychologists, social workers, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Track and evaluate client outcomes, utilizing data analytics to assess effectiveness and inform treatment adjustments.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in EHR systems, adhering to HIPAA compliance and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with The Vines Counseling Solutions, you will primarily serve adults of varying backgrounds, experiences, and mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our goal is to create a safe, welcoming environment where clients feel empowered to discuss their challenges and work toward personal growth and healing.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active New York state license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and virtual therapy platforms.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, ideally within an outpatient context.
• Experience working with a diverse client population and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive salary, we offer:
