Executive Assistant to the CEO
Wildcat Management
I am looking for my next right-hand at Wildcat Management.
This is a real estate and development company in Dallas. I have been building it for over two decades. The work is serious, the pace is fast, and I need someone who can keep up.
Here is what this job actually is. One minute you're on a job site with me. The next you're writing a press release, tracking down a contractor who has gone quiet, or making sure I have what I need before I even ask for it. You manage my calendar, you're in the field with me, you handle marketing and communications, and you deal with vendors and contractors when things need to get done. No two days look the same.
I am not looking for someone who waits to be told what to do. I need someone who sees what needs to happen and handles it. Who follows through without being reminded. Who picks up the phone instead of sending an email when something needs to be resolved.

WHAT THE JOB IS
Calendar and Executive Support
— Own my schedule. Know what's coming before I do.
— Monitor my email. Flag what needs attention. Do not let things get buried.
— Research every person I'm meeting before I walk in the room.
— Take notes. Send recaps. Follow up. Close the loop.
— Keep the CRM current. Track what's outstanding. Chase it down.
In the Field
— You go where I go. Site visits, client meetings, property tours.
— Handle logistics. Coffee, lunch, travel, whatever the day needs.
— Deal with contractors and vendors directly. Solve problems. Report back.
— This role is in person. It is not remote.
Marketing and Communications
— Write and post social media content for Wildcat Management and my personal brand.
— Handle photos — download, resize, rename, organize. Do not make me do it.
— Write press releases and media submissions.
— Promote the brand. Stay in the background.
Day to Day
— Handle problems without waiting to be directed.
— Check in. Give updates. Never make me come looking for you.
— Keep files organized so I can find things without asking.
— Respond when I call. Be available when it matters.
WHO I AM LOOKING FOR
Three or more years as an executive assistant or personal assistant — real estate or construction background is a plus but not required. Strong communicator. Not afraid of the phone. Comfortable on a job site. Organized enough to manage chaos. Discreet with everything you hear and see. Available when the job needs you, not just between 9 and 5.
