Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the needs and challenges faced by children and adolescents.

• Offer crisis intervention support for urgent mental health situations affecting young clients.

• Educate children, adolescents, and their families about mental health concerns, treatment paths, and available community resources.

• Maintain detailed, confidential documentation of therapy sessions in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case discussions, and ongoing professional development initiatives.

• Stay updated with current research and best practices related to child and adolescent psychiatric care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
