Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including gathering comprehensive medical histories, performing assessments, and establishing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based protocols.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment strategies to patients and their families, ensuring a collaborative approach to goal-setting that respects the patients' input and aspirations.
• Implement treatment protocols effectively, tailoring interventions to fit each patient's unique condition and progress, while adapting to the evolving landscape of healthcare.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team, consulting with other healthcare providers to refine care plans as needed and documenting any clinical changes that may affect treatment direction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adults undergoing rehabilitation for various physical challenges, including post-operative recovery, injury rehabilitation, and chronic conditions. Your role will be pivotal in assisting these individuals in regaining their mobility and enhancing their quality of life through specialized therapy programs.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is essential.
• State licensure as required for practice in New Jersey.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.
• A strong commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based patient care.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a PT setting is highly desired. However, motivated new graduates with a passion for rehabilitation and commitment to patient care are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits
