Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate tailored therapy plans that align with best practices in mental health care.
• Facilitate supportive therapeutic sessions, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in a mental health-related field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling).
• Current licensure in California as either an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience required.

Compensation and Benefits
