This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while still providing you the opportunity to impact lives meaningfully. Structured work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional evening shifts required based on client appointments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health and substance use needs, identifying co-occurring disorders utilizing standardized assessment tools.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized and evidence-based treatment plans that address both mental health issues and substance use challenges.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, equipping clients with essential coping skills, relapse prevention strategies, and emotional regulation techniques.

• Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, ensuring a well-rounded approach to treatment that considers all aspects of a client's health.

• Engage in regular monitoring of substance use, utilizing motivational interviewing techniques to inspire clients to actively participate in their recovery journey.

• Educate clients and their families regarding the relationship between mental health and substance use disorders, highlighting the importance of ongoing treatment compliance.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all treatment progress and interventions, complying with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate actively in case conferences and staff meetings, contributing to discussions on treatment approaches and best practices in co-occurring disorder treatment.

You will primarily work with adults of diverse backgrounds who are experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

• Strong foundation in evidence-based therapies for co-occurring disorders, particularly Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Proficient understanding of the complex interplay between mental health and substance use, with demonstrated experience in working with this population.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to deliver the best possible care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus to our new hires.
