Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients’ experiences and histories, ensuring that you adapt your approach based on individual needs.

• Develop, implement, and periodically review individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s trauma recovery goals and resilience-building.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, helping clients to navigate their trauma responses and develop healthy coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of each patient’s well-being.

• Be on hand to deliver crisis intervention and support during urgent trauma-related needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in California as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n
