This role is primarily remote, offering the flexibility required to accommodate a work-life balance while maintaining high standards of service delivery. The clinic operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as needed to meet patient demands. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as our therapists are required to adapt to the unique needs of their patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine patients' psychological conditions and identify appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with patients' specific mental health needs and diagnosed conditions.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, to deliver effective treatment.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing emotional challenges, promoting personal growth, and developing essential coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care tailored to each patient's circumstances.

• Engage in crisis intervention by providing immediate psychological support during emergencies, ensuring patient safety and emotional stability.

• Educate patients and families about mental health issues, treatment options, and relevant community resources, enhancing overall understanding and involvement in care.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
