Job Responsibilities

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and craft personalized strategies to help them achieve their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Practices: Apply evidence-based interventions to facilitate improvements in patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily activities.
• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaborate with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing professionals for comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Instruct Patients and Family Members: Provide education on therapy techniques to empower patients and their families for ongoing progress at home.
• Monitor Patient Progress: Document all clinical developments and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Encouraged and supported continuing education or post-graduate certifications

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• Required NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification
