Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations for patients, including individuals, adolescents, and families, to inform treatment plans.

• Initiate comprehensive assessments of patient needs, triaging care and developing immediate and long-term therapeutic strategies.

• Document treatment plans and patient interactions accurately in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams during case discussions, rounds, and meetings.

• Provide case management services that include consultation with community resources, hospitals, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive care approach.

• Deliver evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to assist clients in achieving their personalized treatment objectives.

• Maintain the highest standards of ethical practice in documentation, ensuring timely and appropriate completion in alignment with departmental guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals from various backgrounds, presenting a range of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Must be a licensed clinician in Arizona as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Commitment to a minimum of 10 to 40 hours of practice weekly is preferred, with flexibility in session scheduling.
