As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you’ll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that values innovation and professional growth. Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LPC, you will be responsible for:

• Group Therapy: Facilitating supportive and cohesive group sessions for young adult clients, encouraging them to connect, share their experiences, and promote mutual learning.

• Individual Therapy: Offering tailored, empathetic counseling sessions that guide clients in exploring their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, fostering the development of personalized coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborating with clients to create individualized, goal-directed treatment plans that reflect their unique challenges and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilizing various assessment tools to track client progress and outcomes, ensuring their needs are met and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration: Actively communicating and coordinating with fellow team members, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to provide holistic care and consult on complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is on young adults aged 18 to 30 who may be experiencing diverse mental health challenges. As an LPC within our facility, you will play a vital role in supporting this population, helping them navigate the difficulties of early adulthood, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal issues. Your work will not only impact individual clients but will also foster community wellness and resilience among peers.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree, accompanied by a relevant Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy. Additionally, candidates must possess a valid LPC license to practice in the state of Tennessee.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
