Work Environment

As a Full-Time Physical Therapist with Dynamic Bridgeway, you will work directly with patients in their homes, providing personalized therapy in a comfortable and familiar setting. The role demands adaptability and resourcefulness, as each patient will present unique challenges and environments. Hours are scheduled Monday to Friday, allowing for a work-life balance while ensuring the delivery of consistent high-quality care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for clients, including an assessment of their medical history, physical condition, and therapy needs to establish accurate treatment goals.
• Communicate evaluation results and the corresponding treatment plan with patients and their families, actively involving them in setting achievable rehabilitation goals.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols, adapting techniques to align specifically with each patient's condition and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, offering insights and seeking advice as needed to improve patient care and outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition, ensuring that care plans are updated in accordance with evolving patient needs.
• Engage in appropriate discharge planning and follow-up care strategies, ensuring that documentation reflects the patient's journey and progress accurately, including baseline evaluations and goals.
• Manage time efficiently, maintaining productivity standards while being actively involved in patient care activities and departmental initiatives.
• Participate in the continuous development of departmental goals, uphold compliance with health regulations, and contribute to marketing efforts to promote our services.
• Take the initiative in seeking continuing education opportunities and act as a mentor for junior staff and interns to foster professional growth within the organization.
• Enhance patient experience by being flexible and responsive to their needs, actively contributing to initiatives aimed at reducing barriers to healthcare access.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work closely with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological conditions, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Providing care in a home setting allows you to develop meaningful relationships with patients, understanding their context and tailoring interventions to their specific lifestyles, ultimately driving better health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with relevant licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining clinical competence.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
