Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient practice in Pomona, California. Gotham Enterprises Ltd operates a state-of-the-art 5,000 square foot sports medicine facility, designed specifically for outpatient orthopedic care. Our clinic is equipped with advanced rehabilitation technologies and staffed by a collaborative team of healthcare professionals, including two Physical Therapists and one Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). We cater predominantly to patients covered by private medical insurance, providing a range of services that emphasize recovery, prevention, and health promotion.

Work Environment

This full-time position is onsite, requiring your presence at our Pomona facility. You will work Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, in a structured yet dynamic environment. The setting fosters teamwork and active communication, ensuring that each patient receives high-quality and coordinated care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and fulfill the individual goals and needs of each patient, ensuring tailored treatment strategies.
• Manage a patient caseload effectively, maintaining a schedule of one patient per hour to provide focused care.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to deliver innovative and effective treatments.
• Implement cost-effective treatment interventions that enhance motion and mobility while minimizing reliance on medication.
• Prepare individualized care plans that incorporate various treatment modalities, adjusting as necessary based on patient progress.
• Design customized fitness and wellness programs that address the unique needs and objectives of patients.
• Engage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a supportive environment that promotes optimal function.
• Encourage a healthy lifestyle by enhancing patients' strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through targeted exercises.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes, monitor patient progress, and maintain thorough communication with clients.
• Document all patient services and interventions in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on patients recovering from orthopedic issues, including injuries sustained from sports, work, and everyday activities. We work closely with each individual to create recovery plans that not only address physical rehabilitation but also promote long-term health and wellness. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• An active Physical Therapist license in California, with no disciplinary actions or board actions against it.
• Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy, particularly in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Experience working with diverse patient demographics, adapting communication and treatment approaches accordingly.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
