Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify patient needs and provide accurate mental health diagnoses.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, integrating appropriate therapeutic modalities to address issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and more.

• Utilize various therapeutic frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care, to deliver effective short-term counseling sessions.

• Furnish essential case management services, coordinating treatment and providing resources to support patients through their recovery journey.
\n
• Engage in crisis intervention efforts, including assessment, de-escalation, and liaising with emergency mental health services as needed.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, ensuring continuity of care through active communication and follow-up assessments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will provide services to a diverse range of individuals experiencing various mental health challenges. Your clients may include children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with issues spanning from common challenges like stress and anxiety to more complex scenarios involving trauma, substance use, and severe mental illness. Your expertise in working with heterogeneous populations will play a crucial role in boosting our clients' recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Behavioral Science from an accredited institution is required.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience, holding a current relevant BBS designation (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).

• Active licensure in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Demonstrated competence in providing clinical mental health services to individuals, families, and groups.

• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for home visit services when applicable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
