Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain proactive communication with clients' psychiatrists and attending physicians, especially for those who have been hospitalized, to support continuum of care.

• Provide support to family members and primary caregivers in navigating mental and behavioral challenges, helping to foster a supportive environment for clients.

Qualifications\n
