Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients across Arizona. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, emotional challenges, and personal goals for therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs, ensuring they are evidence-based and tailored to foster positive outcomes.
• Deliver a range of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to individual therapy, family sessions, and group therapy, utilizing methodologies that resonate with client needs.
• Monitor and meticulously record clients’ progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal effectiveness.
• Provide crisis intervention support to clients in distress, equipping them with coping strategies and resources to navigate high-stress situations.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and comprehensive.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a holistic approach to client care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in training and supervision sessions to continually enhance your clinical skills and knowledge base.
• Adhere strictly to the ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by licensing boards and relevant mental health organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to perform clinical assessments and utilize effective diagnostic skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
• Empathetic and client-centered approach, demonstrating compassion and dedication to helping clients achieve their mental health goals.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of three years of experience providing mental health counseling or therapy services in a clinical setting, preferably within a telehealth environment.
