Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be instrumental in delivering evidence-based and holistic treatment programs designed for young adults aged 18 to 30 enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Your key responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group therapy sessions that enable clients to share their experiences, build connections, and foster community support.
• Providing Individual Therapy: Conduct personalized one-on-one counseling sessions to empower clients in exploring their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, while assisting them in developing effective coping strategies and actionable plans.
• Collaborating on Treatment Planning: Work with clients to establish individualized treatment plans that align with their specific needs, goals, and preferences, ensuring a tailored therapeutic approach.
• Monitoring Progress: Utilize various assessment tools and client feedback methods to track and evaluate progress, adjusting treatment plans accordingly to optimize outcomes.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate care and address complex cases for comprehensive client support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily focus on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are facing mental health challenges. By creating a safe and supportive environment, you will help clients navigate their struggles, inspire hope, and promote sustained recovery. Qualifications

A successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Current and valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experience is preferred:

• Prior experience working with young adult populations in outpatient settings.

• Experience facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits
