Work Environment

The position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center in Torrance, California, where we provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a well-rounded work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer direct patient care according to the physician's orders, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of clinical practice.
• Utilize advanced evaluation techniques to assess patient conditions accurately and efficiently, documenting findings in a timely manner.
• Design and implement comprehensive treatment programs tailored to the individual goals of patients, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Make real-time observations of patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
• Participate in emergency procedures as per departmental protocols, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
• Document patient interactions and progress within our electronic health record system, ensuring adherence to departmental policies and procedures.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to chart reviews and collaborative activities aimed at enhancing patient care.
• Coordinate with family members and interdisciplinary team members during meetings to discuss patient status and management strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid California Physical Therapy licensure in good standing.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110K to $125K per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
