Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport and build strong therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Exhibited cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively work with individuals across various ethnicities, cultures, and socioeconomic groups.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress notes.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy in outpatient settings and working with diverse client populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
