Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of working remotely while providing telehealth services. Our integrated care model involves active collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, facilitating holistic patient assessments and treatment options. The work schedule consists of Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in Texas as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• Experience in collaborative care settings, particularly in integrated health models.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of experience is required, candidates with additional experience or specialized training in integrated behavioral health care and teletherapy will be preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
