Work Environment

Located in the vibrant community of Bergenfield, New Jersey, our outpatient office is designed to create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and staff alike. As a full-time Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will engage in a dynamic and supportive work environment from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify physical and functional impairments resulting from orthopedic issues.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with patient needs, rehabilitation goals, and medical backgrounds.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities like ultrasound and electrical stimulation, to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated and holistic management of patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, effective home exercise routines, and self-care strategies to promote sustained recovery.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and adhere to the highest standards of patient confidentiality and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population suffering from orthopedic conditions, including sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, arthritis, and chronic pain. Our goal is to empower individuals to regain their mobility and return to their daily activities with confidence. We prioritize personalized care that addresses not only physical recovery but also emotional well-being.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in physical therapy, specifically in an orthopedic setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills, with proficiency in various manual therapy techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
