Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain an active caseload of youth clients, fostering trust and professional relationships while upholding ethical practices.

• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, discuss issues, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Develop and implement tailored, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring their active participation in their own care.

• Document all clinical interactions meticulously, ensuring that progress notes and treatment updates are current and compliant with legal and professional standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify the needs and goals of clients seeking therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is primarily focused on youth clients, addressing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. The clinician will play a critical role in providing culturally competent care that respects and responds to the diverse backgrounds of our clients, promoting their emotional and psychological well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric populations and/or individuals dealing with substance abuse issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
