Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide ethical and empathetic individual mental health counseling via video conferencing platforms.

• Utilize solution-focused therapy approaches to tailor treatment plans that meet the specific needs of each client.

• Develop and implement effective treatment plans by assessing client needs, setting therapeutic goals, and monitoring progress throughout the counseling process.

• Guide clients in gaining insight into their feelings and interpersonal relationships, fostering self-awareness and emotional growth.

• Assist clients in developing healthy coping strategies and life skills to enhance their overall well-being.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment records in compliance with healthcare standards.

• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals to coordinate additional resources for clients when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with low-acuity adult clients dealing with a broad spectrum of mental health issues. These may include anxiety, depression, stress management, and life transitions. Our goal is to meet individuals where they are in their journey and provide them with the necessary tools to improve their mental health and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• A current, unrestricted license to practice independently in Pennsylvania as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW is essential.

• No limited or provisional licenses, and candidates must have no history of disciplinary actions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and a genuine empathetic nature.

• Strong computer skills including familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation tools.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a similar role providing therapy via telehealth or remote settings is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

BeverlyCare offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition, we provide:
