Work Environment\n

This position is designed for a remote work setting using a telehealth model that allows flexibility while prioritizing client connection and care. You will engage with clients through secure digital platforms, utilizing advanced technology to ensure a seamless therapeutic experience. Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, your schedule will be structured to maximize availability for clients across various time zones while ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs to develop customized treatment plans that address their unique emotional challenges and goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities to assist clients dealing with mental health issues like depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship concerns.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Must possess an active license or certification as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
