Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies and develop pre-crisis and crisis plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Complete all client documentation accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Utilize standardized evidence-based screening tools to aid in client assessments and track their progress throughout treatment.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement effective positive behavior support plans, promoting behavioral and emotional well-being.

• Participate actively in all licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the high standards of care associated with our clinic.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 a year, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus.
