Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Positive Visions, you will:

• Deliver comprehensive and individualized care by assessing patients' physical conditions and developing tailored therapy plans that align with their specific recovery goals.
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations that incorporate both subjective and objective assessments while maintaining detailed documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Implement therapeutic interventions during individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote optimum recovery.
• Coordinate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure cohesive patient care throughout the entire rehabilitation process.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, rehabilitation techniques, and the use of assistive devices to encourage independence beyond therapy sessions.
• Continuously monitor and adjust therapy plans based on patient progress and feedback, ensuring a dynamic approach to rehabilitation.
• Maintain an organized caseload, manage daily staffing needs, and facilitate smooth hand-offs between team members.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position involves working closely with diverse populations, including adults recovering from surgeries, injuries, and other physical impairments, as well as pediatric patients with developmental or rehabilitative needs. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A valid Physical Therapy License in the state of Florida.
