Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gauge the severity, frequency, and duration of symptoms presented by clients with mood disorders, such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' unique needs, ensuring alignment with their personal goals and therapeutic preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting interventions as needed based on client progress.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care techniques to facilitate informed decision-making and personal empowerment.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans in response to their evolving needs and challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Opti Mind & Soul Counseling P.C., you will primarily work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Our client population encompasses a diverse range of backgrounds, including those facing homelessness, displacement, and domestic violence. Qualifications\n
