Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions tailored to young adults, encouraging peer support and shared learning among participants.

• Individual Therapy: Provide one-on-one counseling, guiding clients through their thoughts and feelings to help them develop effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to establish personalized, goal-driven treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Use various assessment tools to track client progress, analyze outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is on young adults aged 18 to 30, who may be struggling with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and transitional stressors. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Mental Health Licensure: Must hold a current LCPC license to practice in Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
