Work Environment\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work in a supportive and collaborative remote setting. Our team comprises various mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and licensed clinical social workers, ensuring a well-rounded approach to client care. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., giving you a standard workweek while allowing flexibility in client interactions.

Key Responsibilities\n

As part of your role, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that incorporate their personal goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs, using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide guidance and education to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care techniques to promote sustainable mental health.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, working closely with psychiatrists and healthcare providers to offer integrated care that meets the holistic needs of clients.

• Stay updated on current research and clinical advances in the treatment of mood disorders to enhance therapy approaches and efficacy.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring the integrity of client information.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities to refine skills and expand knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
