Work Environment\n

This remote role offers flexibility while allowing you to contribute meaningfully to the clinic’s mission. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate the varying needs of our diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, utilizing culturally sensitive techniques to understand the unique experiences of each patient.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs.

• Provide individual therapy, family counseling, and group therapy sessions, addressing specific mental health issues while fostering resilience and overall well-being.

• Collaborate effectively with a team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic care coordination.

• Engage in crisis intervention, offering immediate support to patients experiencing mental health emergencies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
