Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide meaningful counseling and crisis intervention to patients, effectively assessing and treating their emotional and behavioral problems.

• Engage in consultative discussions with clients' families and support systems to develop comprehensive treatment and discharge plans.

• Maintain ongoing communication with medical professionals to relay patient progress and address any concerns that may arise during their therapeutic journey.

• Ensure all client-related documentation is thorough and accurate, adhering to the department's policies for clinical notes and progress summaries.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary health care team to create and implement treatment plans that are informed by psychosocial assessments and evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of three years of professional counseling experience is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
