Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing, implementing, and revising personalized treatment plans utilizing tailored therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, or solution-focused therapy.

• Engaging clients in individual therapy sessions, either virtually or in person, ensuring a safe space for open dialogue that fosters trust and therapeutic rapport.

• Regularly monitoring client progress towards established therapeutic goals and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as clients evolve through their healing journeys.

• Maintaining meticulous case documentation, adhering to ethical standards and organizational policies, and employing secure electronic health record systems for improved accuracy and efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists primarily support individuals experiencing a variety of mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and familial relationship challenges. You will work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that all interactions are rooted in empathy and a non-judgmental approach. Your ability to adapt your therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each client will be paramount to their success in therapy.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is strongly preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience providing teletherapy is highly desirable, along with proficiency in using digital systems for therapy management and documentation. Compensation and Benefits\n
