Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health statuses during initial consultations to understand their history and concerns. \n Develop customized treatment plans based on clinical guidelines and evidence-based practices that directly address clients' individual needs. \n Facilitate regular therapy sessions, both individual and group, utilizing culturally responsive methodologies that make therapy accessible and relatable. \n Utilize crisis intervention techniques as needed, ensuring client safety and addressing acute mental health emergencies with professionalism and composure. \n Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and rehabilitation specialists, to create a comprehensive care plan for clients. \n Document all sessions and maintain up-to-date records in the EHR system, adhering strictly to ethical guidelines and confidentiality protocols. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction. Our client population reflects a wide range of backgrounds, necessitating a deep understanding of cultural competence and tailored treatment approaches to effectively address their unique needs. The center prioritizes an inclusive atmosphere, encouraging therapeutic practices that honor the identities and experiences of each client. Qualifications\n \n A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required. \n Possession of a current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon. \n A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices. \n Exhibited knowledge of mental health disorders, crisis intervention techniques, and evidence-based treatment modalities. \n Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with a varied client base. \n Proficiency in using electronic health record software as well as general computer applications. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience conducting group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive and judgment-free environment for shared experiences. \n Demonstrated success in implementing culturally competent and inclusive treatment practices. \n Background in working with different modalities of therapy such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). \n Compensation and Benefits\n The Compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
