Work Environment\n

The work setting is entirely remote, harnessing technology to deliver effective therapy via telehealth platforms. Regular working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotational basis to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to gauge the severity and frequency of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaborating with clients to create customized treatment plans based on their unique goals and preferences.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in sessions.

• Educating clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitoring client progress throughout the therapeutic process and adjusting treatment plans as needed.

• Working in tandem with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
