Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Develop and maintain crisis plans and behavioral guidelines in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams to mitigate risk factors effectively.

• Create and implement positive behavior support plans while consistently utilizing evidence-based screening tools as deemed appropriate by the clinical team.

• Complete all required documentation in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining accurate client records.

Qualifications\n
