Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, utilizing effective interview and evaluation skills.
\n
• Provide individualized therapy, both for individuals and families, tailored to the unique needs identified during assessments.
\n
• Maintain thorough documentation including billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, ensuring compliance with all specified deadlines.
\n
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans (as needed), relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans, all aimed to promote stable functioning among clients.
\n
• Create and implement effective discharge plans to support patients’ transition out of direct care.
\n
• Adhere to current federal and state laws, regulatory standards, and organizational policies throughout all clinical processes.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and continuing education opportunities to remain at the forefront of mental health practices.

• Participate actively in case consultation sessions and team meetings to discuss client needs and share insights with colleagues.
\n
• Ensure compliance with licensure requirements and complete all mandatory training and certifications.

You will work with a diverse client population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families, each facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is required to fulfill licensure eligibility.

Compensation and Benefits\n
