Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to accurately identify client needs, facilitating the creation of individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Help clients develop essential coping, problem-solving, and communication skills through tailored therapeutic strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and valid independent licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in using digital communication tools for effective therapy delivery.

• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, along with a commitment to cultural competence in therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
