Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients both virtually and within community settings, assessing their unique needs and challenges related to major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that incorporate integrated care strategies, ensuring timely access to linked services.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and when necessary, organize more comprehensive assessments to guide treatment decisions.

• Assist clients with crisis intervention, providing support and guidance to help stabilize emotional crises effectively.
\n
• Carry a manageable caseload and facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches based on client feedback and outcomes.

• Document client progress meticulously, ensuring timely completion of reports and submission of necessary data to comply with regulatory standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings and committees, contributing to service delivery improvements and quality enhancement initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role requires passion and commitment to serving a diverse population that often faces barriers to traditional mental health services. Our clients may be struggling with substance use, co-occurring disorders, or major mental health issues requiring immediate support in a detoxification context. You will be expected to create a safe and welcoming environment for all clients, allowing for open dialogue and empowerment in their treatment process.

Qualifications\n

• Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field.

• At least 2 years of related clinical experience, particularly within mental health or substance use settings.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective collaboration and client interactions.

• Strong organizational abilities to manage a diversified caseload and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience.
