Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients in both clinical and community settings, addressing the symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to conduct brief screenings, and when necessary, coordinate comprehensive assessments and evaluations tailored to client needs.

• Manage a caseload that may include assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, and family counseling, adjusting approaches based on client feedback and needs.

• Maintain detailed records and submit necessary documentation in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and policy regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
