Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Comfort Orthoprime Clinic, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough consultations with patients to assess their physical condition, understand symptoms, and determine their rehabilitation needs.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunctions and formulating comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient goals.
• Implementing therapeutic exercise techniques and educating patients on proper techniques to maximize their recovery and self-management strategies.
• Providing physical modalities such as manual therapy, massage, and electrical stimulation to promote healing and alleviate pain.
• Instructing patients in the safe and effective use of assistive equipment, such as walkers and wheelchairs, to ensure their safety and mobility.
• Maintaining detailed patient records, tracking progress toward rehabilitation goals, and adapting treatment plans as necessary.
• Advising patients and their families on in-home treatment options and exercises to continue their recovery journey.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• A valid state license to practice Physical Therapy in Florida.
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing for effective patient education and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with computer software for patient record management and treatment tracking.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
