Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and establish clear, individualized treatment plans based on patients' specific needs and goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy techniques including manual manipulation, mobilization, and guided therapeutic exercises tailored for various conditions.
• Engage in the continuous monitoring of patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal recovery.
• Educate patients on home exercises and lifestyle changes to maintain progress and prevent future injuries.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of progress and treatment methods in accordance with organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of adults recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sport-related injuries, chronic pain conditions, and post-operative rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges between USD 95,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
