Work Environment

This physical therapist role is primarily onsite, allowing you to interact closely with patients in a welcoming clinic atmosphere. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patient mobility and functional abilities, identifying specific challenges that need to be addressed.
• Design and implement tailored recovery plans employing evidence-based practices, including manual therapy techniques and progressive rehabilitation strategies.
• Monitor and track patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to align with evolving needs.
• Educate patients and their families on safe exercise practices, preventative measures, and lifestyle modifications that promote recovery and overall health.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will work with primarily consist of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, athletes returning from injuries, and adults facing mobility challenges due to chronic conditions. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding them through their rehabilitation journeys and restoring their function as effectively as possible.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice physical therapy in Nevada.
• A bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (Master's degree or higher preferred).
• Above two years of clinical experience in outpatient settings is required.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse patient populations and interdisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
