Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team at Perfect Balance Rehab Center, located in Pahrump, Nevada. In this essential role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality and personalized therapeutic care to patients within a home care setting. Your primary focus will be on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, ensuring that they achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes. This is a full-time position, offering a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Work Environment

As a member of the Perfect Balance Rehab Center team, you will work in a home care setting, providing therapy in the comfort and familiarity of patients' residences. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and rehabilitation needs by using evidence-based methods.
• Develop individualized recovery plans that incorporate specific therapeutic goals, techniques, and measurable outcomes.
• Administer physical therapy treatments using advanced modalities and therapeutic exercises, including manual therapy, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation, based on each patient's unique requirements.
• Educate patients and their families on effective movement strategies and provide guidance on at-home exercises and support techniques to enhance recovery.
• Continuously evaluate patient progress by tracking improvements and making necessary adjustments to therapy plans to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, ranging from young athletes recovering from sports injuries to older adults undergoing rehabilitation after orthopedic surgery. You will be integral in helping patients overcome physical challenges related to chronic pain, joint replacements, and post-operative recovery, ensuring they regain mobility and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current Nevada licensure or the ability to obtain licensure before starting the position.
• A demonstrated understanding of outpatient rehabilitation practices and a commitment to evidenced-based patient care.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting is highly preferred.
• Experience with orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, or home health therapy is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
