Work Environment

The successful candidate will work onsite in our bustling outpatient office, where they will interact with patients one-on-one. Our typical schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient evaluations to assess physical abilities and limitations, taking into account their goals and health history.
• Design individualized treatment programs that might include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and education tailored to each patient's needs.
• Employ a variety of hands-on techniques and exercise therapies during treatment sessions to optimize recovery and improve mobility.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide education to patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and lifestyle modifications to maintain and enhance their physical well-being after formal therapy ends.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes accurately and in a timely manner, using our integrated electronic health record system.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse population, with patients who experience a range of orthopedic conditions, including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, chronic pain syndromes, and age-related musculoskeletal disorders. Our focus is on delivering personalized care that respects each individual's unique circumstances and goals. Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate is preferred.
• Current Nevada PT license or eligibility for licensure in the state.
• A strong commitment to patient-centered care and ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Proficient in electronic health record systems for documentation.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly desirable.
• Experience with specific rehabilitation techniques such as manual therapy, dry needling, or functional movement screenings will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $95,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
