Work Environment

Our rehabilitation center is designed to foster both employee and patient engagement, featuring state-of-the-art equipment and therapy spaces that enable effective treatment protocols. As a Physical Therapist on our team, you will work directly with patients in one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing tailored therapeutic interventions in a warm, inviting atmosphere. Our scheduled hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to each patient's needs.
• Administer hands-on physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as electrical stimulation or ultrasound.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications to enhance recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care and ensure the best outcomes for patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Our diverse patient population averages a variety of ages and backgrounds, requiring the ability to adapt treatment plans to suit individual circumstances. Your ability to build rapport and foster trust with patients will be essential in encouraging their participation in therapy and achieving their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate preferred.
• Valid Nevada Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and maintaining professional standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients and team members.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and physical therapy documentation systems.
• Advanced certifications in specialized therapy techniques (e.g., manual therapy, sports rehab) are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We provide a competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
