Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough biomechanical evaluations and movement assessments to understand each athlete's specific needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on manual therapy techniques and evidence-based rehabilitation programs.
• Utilize advanced return-to-play testing protocols and create sport-specific training regimens to ensure safe and effective athlete transitions back to their sport.
• Collaborate closely with orthopedic physicians and athletic trainers to enhance multidisciplinary patient care.
• Educate athletes on injury prevention strategies, recovery protocols, and maintaining long-term mobility to support their athletic careers.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, ranging from high school athletes and weekend warriors to elite performers. Our clinic is dedicated to empowering patients to overcome injury and optimize performance, focusing on their unique goals and lifestyles.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, licensed or eligible for licensure in Nevada.
• A strong passion for sports medicine and a commitment to ongoing education in biomechanics and evidence-based rehabilitation.
• Proven skills in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional performance training aimed at athletes.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong athlete-first mindset, ensuring that patients feel heard and supported.

Preferred Experience

• Certification as a Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS) or Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS).
