Work Environment

This role is primarily onsite, allowing for direct interaction with patients in their homes. The Physical Therapist will enjoy a dynamic work environment that emphasizes clinical autonomy while being supported by a team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a work-life balance while contributing meaningfully to the community's wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical performance and functional limitations to accurately diagnose movement dysfunctions.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs that align with each patient's specific needs, goals, and progress.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including mobilization, manual therapy, and exercise prescription, to facilitate recovery.
• Guide patients through individual therapy sessions, providing clear and effective instructions to ensure understanding and adherence to treatment plans.
• Reassess patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans based on outcomes and feedback to maximize recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to support comprehensive care for each patient.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will work primarily with individuals facing joint, spine, and soft tissue conditions, particularly those recovering from orthopedic surgeries such as hip or knee replacements, fractures, and chronic pain syndromes. This role demands a compassionate approach, focusing on enhancing each patient's functional ability and quality of life while addressing their unique rehabilitation needs within the comfort of their homes.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a higher degree in the field.
• Candidates must hold a valid Nevada Physical Therapy license or be eligible to obtain one.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist is required, preferably in an outpatient clinical or home care setting.

Compensation and Benefits
