Work Environment

You will work onsite in our modern outpatient clinic, which boasts state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment and a welcoming atmosphere for both staff and patients. Our center operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a structured work schedule that fosters work-life balance. As a member of a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate physical abilities and limitations, ensuring a tailored therapeutic approach.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, targeting the specific needs of each patient.
• Implement hands-on therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to enhance recovery.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies, fostering a proactive approach to their rehabilitation.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and share best practices within the clinic.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• In good standing with the Nevada licensing board; current Nevada PT license or eligibility to obtain one is required.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy role, particularly within an outpatient orthopedic setting, is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
