Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and goal-oriented, focusing on restoring movement and function.
• Utilize hands-on treatment techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, to facilitate recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, injury prevention, and wellness strategies to promote long-term health.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for patients, ensuring all aspects of their health are addressed.
• Participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The role primarily revolves around treating a diverse patient population with various orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical patients, sports injuries, and chronic pain issues. You will engage with patients of all ages, tailoring treatment methods to meet their specific functional goals and needs. Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Nevada, or eligibility to obtain one prior to starting.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
