Work Environment

This role is uniquely positioned in a home care environment, allowing our Physical Therapists to deliver personalized therapy in the comfort of the patient's own home. This approach not only facilitates a more relaxed atmosphere for rehabilitation but also leads to more personalized interactions. You will primarily work weekdays from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, contributing significantly to the daily lives and independence of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations to assess patient mobility, physical function, and therapy needs, ensuring that treatment plans are thoroughly individualized.
• Collaborate with patients to develop and implement tailored treatment strategies that address their specific health conditions and personal goals.
• Administer a variety of therapeutic exercises and manual therapies that cater to diverse orthopedic conditions, keeping patient comfort and safety at the forefront.
• Utilize the Raintree documentation system to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient assessments, progress, and modifications to care plans in compliance with clinic standards.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, proper ergonomics, home care practices, and injury prevention techniques to foster independence and ongoing recovery.
• Regularly reassess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress, ensuring optimal recovery outcomes and high levels of patient satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population comprises individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, chronic pain, and various musculoskeletal conditions. Each patient presents a unique set of challenges, and as a Physical Therapist, your expertise will be critical in addressing their specific needs and enhancing their functional mobility. You will work closely with patients of all ages, focusing on cultivating their strength and confidence throughout the recovery process.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Nevada.
• A strong dedication to evidence-based practice and delivering high-quality patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting, particularly with orthopedic patients, is preferred; however, newly graduated Physical Therapists with a strong clinical background are encouraged to apply.
• Experience working in home care is a plus, as it offers insights into the unique challenges and rewards of providing care in a patient's residence.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 , in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
